MEET TODD ORLANDO

Todd Orlando is a licensed Private Investigator who services the California Central Valley and surrounding areas and specializes in all aspects of criminal and civil investigations. For 20 years, Todd was a Police Officer in San Joaquin County and Contra Costa County. He has had several specialized assignments, including Field Training Officer, Detective, Crisis Negotiation Team Leader, Patrol Sergeant, and Investigations Sergeant. 

Todd found his passion in the Investigations Unit, where he spent nearly half his career. Todd was designated the Lead Sex Crime Detective and specialized in child sexual assault cases and forensic child interviews. He is relentless, unbiased, thorough, and willing to overturn every rock to get to the truth. As Investigations Sergeant, Todd reviewed thousands of felony cases for thoroughness and ensured the crime elements were sufficiently met before sending them to the District Attorney’s Office for their review.

Having testified in over 100 preliminary hearings, jury trials, civil depositions, and grand jury hearings, Todd is comfortable and confident on the stand.
